Bubbling Animated Gif Test

For an upcoming project I am planning on using a combination of 3D and hand drawn animation.

Below are a couple of test .gif's I have spat out while trying to come up with the best way to acheive the hand animated look. This first gif is done layer by layer in photoshop using my Wacom Tablet. This animation took about 1.5hrs.

The following .gif was animated in flash using my wacom tablet. This one was approx 1 hour, and consists of more frames. I prefer the texture I get when using brushed in photoshop, but using flash is definately faster to work in, and allows me to upscale images if I need to because the lines are vector.
